What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer the best quality materials and work for a reasonable price. I give my guarantee. I have employees that are also trained in this field and have years of experience. You are hiring someone that loves what they do, and wants the job to be finished, working, and looking beautifully.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In first meeting with a customer, I will set a date and time to meet with them. I'll make my way to their home and assess the situation. I will listen to all of your needs and also give my opinion if necessary, as I have many years in this business. I will give a ballpark price and then am able to work on a more detailed estimate for the customer within a day. If the job is a simple repair, I can go ahead and give a price and take care of the job within the time given.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have almost 20 years within this trade. I have taken classes on Pipe Fitting, Sewer and Storm Draining, Valves, to name a few.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of customers, from all walks of life. Because of all of my years in this trade, I'm able to communicate with all kinds of races and ethnicities. I can understand what a customer is asking for.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice I can give is to make sure that you are getting quality work and materials. Sometimes you will have to pay a little more for great quality materials, which makes the work look amazing in the end.
